Sometimes, a simple screenshot of a WhatsApp conversation captures everything we stand for.

A small gesture, like offering a guest a box of biscuits for their trip, sparked a beautiful message of thanks.

The guest's words truly touched us, as they wrote about how the personal touch and the warmth of a traditional home reminded them of their grandmother's way of doing things.

It was the perfect moment to confirm that yes, our philosophy is indeed the "grandma's house" style of hospitality.

It's not about being fancy; it's about being genuine. This is the real souvenir we hope our guests take with them: the memory of a feeling,  of a connection that goes beyond the impersonal efficiency of modern travel.

A complimentary continental breakfast is provided each morning for our guests in the shared kitchen.

Our breakfast offering includes:

The Cherry room has a shared bathroom with shower, just in front of the room.

Venezia, double or single beds, up to 3 people Very large with stucco decoration on the sailing On the wall, Stucco Veneziano for a perfect match with the cristal big lamp at the center of the sailing. In the room, a very confortable double bed and an antique closet.

Very comfortable and Silent. Facing the inside garden with the local trees. "Magnolia Room" comes from the old Magnolia tree recently removed and from the Raku decoration inside the Room. Inside, more original furnitures and tiles from the 1920.
