We take pride in personally welcoming each of our guests, which we typically do during daytime hours. For full check-in details, please visit our Check-In Page.

Arriving After 19:00? Here’s What You Need to Know:
We understand travel plans don’t always align with standard check-in times. If you’ll be arriving between 19:00-22:00, we offer a secure self check-in option:

1️⃣ Prepare in Advance:

  • Download the "eWeLink" Smart Home App (available on iOS/Android)

  • Contact us via WhatsApp to coordinate your arrival

2️⃣ Self Check-In Process:

  • You’ll receive detailed access instructions

  • Our system ensures a smooth, contactless entry

💰 Late Check-In Fee: €18 (applies to arrivals after 19:00)

We kindly ask that all guests arrive no later than 22:00 to respect our neighborhood’s quiet hours and ensure our staff can properly prepare for the next day’s arrivals.

A complimentary continental breakfast is provided each morning for our guests in the shared kitchen.

Our breakfast offering includes:

  • Tea, Coffee, and Herbal Infusions (including Chamomile)
  • Yoghurt and Fresh Seasonal Fruit
  • Biscuits and Pastries
  • Eggs (available upon request)

Venezia, double or single beds, up to 3 people Very large with stucco decoration on the sailing On the wall, Stucco Veneziano for a perfect match with the cristal big lamp at the center of the sailing. In the room, a very confortable double bed and an antique closet.

Very comfortable and Silent. Facing the inside garden with the local trees. "Magnolia Room" comes from the old Magnolia tree recently removed and from the Raku decoration inside the Room. Inside, more original furnitures and tiles from the 1920.
